Shimmer Rubber Base Coat is thicker than regular base gels and is specially designed for weak and thin nails. It offers high adhesion and helps strengthen the nails. Apply one layer of Shimmer Rubber Base Coat to the entire nail, ensuring to seal the free edge. Cure under an LED lamp for 60 seconds
